Guts and Glory features Anthony Bourdain, internationally renowned chef, author and television host, and Andrew Zimmern, Minneapolis resident, James Beard Award-winner and host of the Travel Channel’s “Bizarre Foods.” With candid, often hysterical stories about their life’s work and travels, the two will provide frank insights into the international food scene in an open question and answer session with the audience. They’ll also muse on the place of food in our community and around the globe.
